Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment:
If your order or item(s) have not been shipped yet, you can cancel by contacting our customer support team at info@innateonline.com or calling us at +91-70874-70875. The order will be cancelled, and the refund processed to your original payment method within 24-48 business hours of your cancellation request.
Cancellation After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our customer support at info@innateonline.com. We will guide you through the process, and your refund will be initiated once the shipment is returned.
Returns
Can I Return Something I’ve Purchased?
Yes, you can return an item for store credit, exchange, or a refund. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Before returning any goods, please contact us at info@innateprofessional.com.
Note: Returns for discontinued items are not accepted.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind, the product must be returned in brand-new condition—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered by us.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
If your order arrives with visible damage or leakage, take a photo and refuse the parcel. Email the photo and details to info@innateonline.com.
For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, take a photo and contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@innateonline.com. Please keep the item until we’ve spoken to you.
Return Process

Refund Policy
